If you're still quarantined or you don't get time to go to the gym then you can do this great workout from the very comfort of your home. I've used this plan on many of my clients and they achieved great results following consistently. This plan will not only help you lose an extra chunk of fat but build quality lean muscles as well. Your body will look more toned than ever before. You just need to focus on one thing - "Consistency".

This workout plan is consist of three-phase, 10 days each. The plan is a combination of some easy & intense exercises, supersets and circuits. So, if you're an advanced beginner or intermediate you can easily follow this program. I would not recommend this program to an absolute beginner.

The intensity of your workout will increase after each session. So, try to eat an adequate amount of protein in your diet for better recovery, at least 1.5g/kg of bodyweight.
